Loudoun Basketball Academy, founded in 2009, is a volunteer, non-profit, 501(c)(3), AAU youth travel basketball organization dedicated to fostering a positive environment for the development of the complete player, on the court and in life.
Boys' Team Attack will be returning to the MADE Hoops Circuit and Girls’ Team Attack will be joining in the PUMA NXT PRO Circuit for the 2025 AAU Season.
The MADE Hoops Circuit is the grassroots leader in cutting edge youth basketball events and experiences, with specialized focus on maximizing athletic development and exposure through elite competition, high level coaching, and unparalleled media coverage.
The PUMA NXT PRO Circuit is a prestigious nationwide grassroots exposure tournament series that provides the opportunity to compete against elite level teams; to perform on a national platform and increase exposure to college coaches and recruiters; and opens access to top of the line facilities and gear. High School teams will also compete for a chance to become a PUMA Pro16 fully sponsored team.
Joining these circuits advances our organizational mission to foster the development of the complete player by creating fundamentally sound, basketball smart, game ready players and furthers our vision of becoming the leading producer of teams, players, and coaches in the Mid-Atlantic region. It also symbolizes our dedication to advancing the game and our commitment to the community by bringing new and unique opportunities to Loudoun County that enhances the basketball experience for players, coaches, and families.
We look forward to watching Team Attack take their game to these platforms.

We are currently recruiting coaches for Team Attack 3rd through 11th grade. Volunteer and paid coaching positions are available.
Coaches must have basketball experience to include AAU grassroots. Must pass background check and youth sports safety training. All training is organized and paid for by LBA.
At LBA, we want every athlete to be coached in a positive manner, to have fun at practices and games, to feel valued, to learn the skills, tactics, and strategies of the game and improve as a player, and to learn life lessons that carry beyond the court. If you share our goal of creating a positive environment for the development of the complete player, on and off the court, we would love to talk with you!
We provide ongoing support to all of our coaches through proven practice formats, coaching education workshops and clinics, experienced trainer assistance at practices, and administrative support with team operations and organization.
If interested in joining our team, please complete the following application: https://lba-attack.sportngin.com/register/form/626144832

LBA is partnered with the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) because we recognize the invaluable and influential role coaches play in the lives of young athletes. PCA works to create positive, character building environments in youth sports that result in better athletes, better people.
All LBA coaches are PCA Double Goal Coach (DGC) certified. DGC pursue the first goal of winning and the second, more important, goal of teaching life lessons through sports.
