COVID-19 and LBA Planned Events

Following Governor Northam's stay-at-home order, all  Team Attack and Lady Attack practices, training, games, and tournaments  and all Skills Academies are suspended until June 10, 2020.   The health and safety of all of our players, coaches, and staff is our first priority and we will continue to follow orders from state officials as well recommendations from  the CDC and the Virginia Department of Health.

LBA understands teams and players may want to have practices but containment and social distancing are keys to reducing the spread of pandemic viruses.

If your player did not make a team, we encourage them to attend our Skills Academy.  The Skills Academy covers the fundamental and tactical aspects of the game and is a proven methodology adopted and used internationally for the development of players.  The Skills Academy is designed to help players develop the required skills providing the best opportunity to make a team the next tryout season.

Our next Skills Academy will take place late March-early April.  Details and registration links will be posted on our webpage.  Please continue to check back for updates.
