At Loudoun Basketball Academy, we are striving to be the leading producer of teams, players and coaches in the mid-Atlantic region. In doing so, we hope to continue aiding in the production of positive members of our community, through basketball.

At Loudoun Basketball Academy, we believe that the pursuit of excellence in the areas of academics and basketball aids the development of maturity and self-confidence in our youth.   We feel that basketball has positive effects in the lives of its participants. At Loudoun Basketball Academy we strive to fill, through basketball, a vital role in teaching today’s youth strong fundamental values: a solid work ethic, self-confidence, a healthy body, and good sportsmanship.  We aim to ensure the experiences a player has with Loudoun Basketball Academy will prove beneficial throughout his or her lifetime.

The focus of Loudoun Basketball Academy is the development of the complete young adult.  We are resolute in dedicating our time and resources to the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of playing basketball as a means of instilling the core values of respect, commitment, and excellence into today’s youth.

Our goal is to maximize the development of the individual through training programming that challenges each player, a coaching staff that adheres to high standards, and emphasis on the necessity of a strong work ethic.

Our training methodology is what makes LBA different than other clubs.  Instead of having practices where the team is working on remembering plays the entire practice, they are working on skills and increasing their basketball IQ every week.  No robotic movements to remember, just instinctive basketball players.  Although team success is an objective, the goal is the development of the complete player as part of a cohesive unit.

Ultimately we strive to help create fundamentally-sound, basketball-smart and game-ready players whose fundamental values will allow them to create a positive impact in their community.
